Lee-way is an album by jazz trumpeter Lee Morgan released on the Blue Note label. It was recorded on April 28, 1960 and features performances by Morgan with Jackie McLean, Bobby Timmons, Paul Chambers and Art Blakey.

AllMusic Review by Scott Yanow:
This date was one of trumpeter Lee Morgan’s more obscure Blue Note sessions, but fortunately, it has been reissued on CD. Matched with altoist Jackie McLean, pianist Bobby Timmons, bassist Paul Chambers, and drummer Art Blakey, Morgan interprets two of Cal Massey’s compositions, McLean’s “Midtown Blues” and his own blues “The Lion and the Wolf.” The music is essentially hard bop with a strong dose of soul; the very distinctive styles of the principals are the main reasons to acquire this enjoyable music (http://www.allmusic.com/album/lee-way-mw0000125017).
