Like Minds is an jazz album by Gary Burton with Chick Corea, Pat Metheny, Roy Haynes, and Dave Holland. In 1999, the album won a Grammy Award for Best Jazz Instrumental Performance, Individual or Group.

The Allmusic review by Scott Yanow awarded the album 4½ stars and stated “The music is modern straight-ahead jazz; the solos are concise and the rhythm section is quite tight. In fact, this sounds like a regularly working band. Highly recommended.”
